Gerard O'Riley      Gerard O'Riley has over 15 years experience in the holistic healing profession. Prior to starting Inner Health Solutions with fellow health professional Deborah Sheehy, Gerard managed his own business which specialized in education, massage and martial arts/self defence.   He has a Diploma of Remedial Therapies, a Certificate IV in Massage and a Certificate in Traditional Oriental Therapy and Massage. He is a Professional Member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists and the Massage Association of Australia. Gerard also has a Third Degree Black Belt in Traditional Healing Martial Arts and has over 16 years experience in Martial Arts, Meditation and Chi Gong.   Gerard teaches and lectures at some of Melbourne's top private and public secondary colleges in the areas of Massage, Chi Gong, Meditation, Healing Martial Arts and Self-Defence. He also teaches Chi Gong classes at Melbourne's EastWest Massage & Shiatsu College in Caulfield as well as being the Massage Consultant with Darnlee Aged Care Facility in Toorak.   He provides a range of Corporate Health & Fitness programs to companies. These programs help employees to manage stress and create healthy lifestyles. Moreover, he has also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at Melbourne's premier gym, City Club at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.   Gerard has been running Pancha Tanmantra Healing Martial Arts School, under the instruction of his late Grandmaster, H.E. Prince Ratu Pandji Sakti of Bali, Indonesia since 1996. He received his international recognition from the Grandmaster in 2001 when he became Senior Instructor of Pancha Tanmantra Australia.   Gerard is passionate about educating people and passing on the benefits that can be gained through Massage, Chi Gong, Meditation and Healing Martial Arts. He utilizes all that he has learned through his personal experiences, years of training and practice to help benefit his students and clients in a way that is unique.

Deborah Sheehy Deborah has worked in the healing profession for over 13 years. She specialises in Women’s Health and has a First Class Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.   She is a Professional Member of the Counsellors & Psychotherapists' Association of Victoria (CAPAV) and the National Federation of Spiritual Healers UK (NFSH).   Deborah grew up in Dublin, Ireland. Throughout her adolescent years, she experienced ill-health. At the age of 22 she was diagnosed with Endometriosis, a debilitating health disorder that is one of the leading causes of pelvic pain and infertility in women.   Although there is no known cure for the condition, Deborah discovered that by taking an active role in the management of her own health, and by restoring a sense of dignity and deeper meaning to her cyclical nature, she was gradually able to overcome this disorder. She has been symptom free for over 14 years.   Deborah's experiences motivated her to train as a complimentary health therapist in counselling, psychotherapy, meditation and healing, so that she could offer support to others who suffer from chronic illness or physical and emotional distress. She also has a wealth of experience and expertise in the coporate environment, having worked as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources with an international financial solutions company and as Office & Personnel Manager with Ireland's leading Sunday business newspaper.   In 1987 she co-founded the Endometriosis Association of Ireland and was secretary for the first few years of its inception. She completed the first ever research study of "Irish Women's Experiences with Endometriosis" which highlighted the physical, medical, social and emotional impact of the disorder on women in Ireland.   In 2003 Deborah moved to Melbourne, Australia and later established Inner Health Solutions, along with fellow health professional Gerard O'Riley.   Her skills include counselling, psychotherapy, groupwork, spiritual healing, meditation and chi gong. Through her warm, supportive and professional approach, Deborah has helped many people in areas which include stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, relationships, chronic illness, personal growth and life transitions.   Deborah specialises in Women's Health, helping women discover their innate internal resources and in healing the connection between their cyclical nature, passion and creativity for life. She has particular expertise in helping women with Endometriosis and PMS improve the quality of their life, whilst enhancing their physical and emotional health.   Deborah is an active committee member of the Endometriosis Association of Victoria and also works for the Endometriosis Clinic as a counsellor. She is passionate about raising awareness of endometriosis and gives presentations to companies, health care workers and secondary schools on the nature and impact of the disorder on women's lives.
