Due to the cyclical nature of our bodies, we have the experience of our menses on a monthly basis; from puberty through to adulthood, right until the end of menopause. From contraception to conception; pregnancy to childbirth; motherhood to becoming grandparents, as life progresses our focus and experience gradually shift. At Inner Health Solutions we specialise in educating and supporting women as they navigate many natural, but often difficult, changes that occur at various stages throughout life. Women may experience the pain of miscarriage, termination, infertility and health issues such as PMS, endometriosis, cysts and PCOS. Our approach moves beyond a purely biological one as we help restore a sense of dignity and deeper meaning to a woman's cyclical nature so that she can understand and heal her experiences and live a fulfilling and healthy life. Introducing Deborah Sheehy Deborah is our women's health practitioner and a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and healer. She specialises in helping women discover their innate internal resources and healing the connection between their cyclical nature, passion and creativity for life. Deborah's warm, confidential and respectful approach helps women explore and overcome any difficulties that may be undermining their ability to cope. She works with women in a unique way, providing support in creating a healthy, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
