Our women's health practitioner, Deborah Sheehy, has studied various forms of meditation as part of her own healing journey and has been instructing people on the practice and benefits of mediation since her mid twenties. She has also furthered her own personal studies in meditation with renowned teachers such as Sogyal Rinpoche (author of the Tibetan Book of Living & Dying), the late Prince Ratu Pandji Sakti of Bali, Indonesia and Venerable Traleg Rinpoche from Tibet.

Meditation is one of the tools that Deborah uses in helping women to discover their innate internal resources and supporting them to create a healthy, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
