The meditation techniques are introduced and explained in a relaxed and welcoming environment, are easy to learn and have a practical day to day application. Notes and recordings of different Mindfulness techniques are included as part of the training.

Chi Gong/Tai Chi
Introducing… Chi Gong (similar to Tai Chi), over 2,000 years old and still growing.
Chi (Qi) means Energy and Gong means work or practice… welcome to Chi Gong, a unique exercise form that helps improve health and wellbeing.
When this energy or Chi, (which flows through the body), becomes blocked, it can contribute to ill-health, stress and fatigue.
Chi Gong exercises are designed to promote the natural flow of Chi (or engery) which aids in the body’s ability to restore and maintain good health.
Its meditative exercises combine simple breathing techniques with physical movements, meaning previous exercise experience isn’t necessary.
It’s easy to learn…
But regular practice helps build up the protective Chi in our bodies, which increases our vital energy.
Chi Gong exercises are increasingly being recognised for enhancing fitness of the mind and the body, helping to relieve stress and increase the functioning of the immune system.
