Seated Massage Techniques

Help relieve exam tension with seated massage techniques

Students are introduced to massage techniques which help relieve tension and stress.
They are taught specific seated chair massage techniques that are easy to learn.
Massage can help to:

  • Improve circulation and concentration.
  • Reduce fatigue
